What You Will Be Doing
- Partner with the business and IT leaders to align Business System programs to organizational strategy
- Drive the delivery of strategic organizational programs
- Drive all aspects of business application projects, including project kick-offs, establishing project plans, enlisting and managing work-stream owners, providing project status reports; and managing budgets, timelines, vendors and project resources
- Author key documents, including Business Case, Project Charter, Project Templates, Status Reports and various other project documents
- Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously with ability to demonstrate on-time delivery with aggressive timelines
- Work with limited direction and supervision, usually within a complex and changing environment, to drive delivery of project and meet deadlines
- Support the Business Systems leadership in strategic and operational planning and execution
What You Need for this Position
- 5-7 years Technical Project Management, at least 3 years of experience managing business application implementation and enhancement projects
- Experience building partnerships and delivering large-scale cross-functional programs
- An ability to hit the ground running and figure things out with minimal supervision
- Know the difference between waterfall and agile, and when it’s appropriate to use each methodology
- Understanding of SaaS product business processes and lifecycle
- Experience working in environments that handle sensitive data
- Experience developing key documents to be utilized throughout the project lifecycle
- Organize and run meetings, trainings and other group events
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, including executives, managers, technical, and subject matter experts
- Experience working with remote global team members and management strongly preferred
- Prior experience with JIRA is a Must
- Proven experience to drive results through cross-functional teams holding others accountable for results
- Experience leading Salesforce.com and AppExchange products such as Vlocity and BasicGov is strong plus
