What You Will Be Doing
  • Identify potential clients in the target market and research prospective client’s business needs
  • Develop relationships with prospective clients while maintaining existing client relationships
  • Partner with pre-sales teams to create contract-winning proposals for current and prospective clients
  • Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure contracted product specifications are executed on-time and as agreed
  • Become a subject matter expert on our services, delivery and processes, and remain up to date on industry trends and projections
What You Need for this Position


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in the related field
  • Minimum 7 years demonstrated achievement in B2B sales in service industry preferably in computer software / IT Industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong understanding of the public sector and government business, with the ability to become a subject matter expert on the job
  • Innovation and problem-solving skills that include the ability to develop and propose the best solutions for clients keeping in mind Cloud SynApps’ offerings
  • Nice to have – experience in selling to public sector and government departments, including analyzing tender notices and RFPs
  • Nice to have – direct experience preparing and submitting RFIs and RFPs
