Sr. Salesforce Developer/Team Lead| What You Will Do
  • Develop customized solutions on the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements and company goals.
  • Communicate with project managers, clients and other developers to design cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment.
  • Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements and customer objectives and innovate ways to meet mission goals successfully.
  • Interact directly with clients, project managers, Technical & Solution leads as necessary to analyze project objectives and capability requirements, including specifications for user interfaces & customized applications.
  • Provide system administration support of internal and customer-facing Salesforce environment, especially related to customized applications, user permissions, security settings, custom objects and workflow.
Who We're Looking for? (Qualifications)

Must-Have Skills:

  • Work independently with minimal supervision.
  • 3+ years of development experience (Team Lead).
  • 5+ years of development experience (Sr. Developer).
  • Strong expertise in writing code in Apex, Visualforce and Lightning (Aura & Web) as per Salesforce Best Practices.
  • Decent knowledge of CSS, HTML5, JavaScript.
  • Experience working on Salesforce Cloud offerings like – Community Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
  • In-depth experience of using Process Builders and Flows.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce Declarative skills.
  • Decent expertise of working on Salesforce Integrations.
  • Experience working on Einstein.
  • Salesforce Technical Certifications.
  • DevOps Tools like Git-Hub, Bit-Bucket, Jenkins, and Copado.
