The City of Kalamazoo needed a 311 CRM Case Management Application to track complaints & requests from citizens to provide a higher quality constituent experience. Cloud SynApps implemented Public Sector Solutions to deliver a case management application based on the City’s requirements.

The CRM Case Management Application allows the 311 team to streamline processes to resolve citizen complaints in a methodical manner which ensures proper tracking & approvals.

The application also tracks SLAs for each request, which is helping the City to improve its services. Knowledge Management is also an integral part of the new application which allows 311 staff to have the right information at hand while addressing cases.

The Arizona State Board for Charter Schools (ASBCS) needed an ‘Online Platform Replacement’ project to manage Charter Holder Entities and their associated Schools. The project aimed to replace the existing legacy system with the Cloud SynApps implemented Salesforce-based App, which catered to both internal and external users. The App allowed internal users to oversee Charter Holders, Schools, and related tasks such as applications, amendments, audits, and reviews. External users, such as auditors and external reviewers, utilized the Salesforce communities to access relevant information, this was aided with an option to have a wizard helping to guide users throughout the system.


The system introduced streamlined processes for Charter Holder status grants, Charter replication, and amendments encompassing grades, enrollment, and governance. Moreover, it fortified security measures, ensured regulatory compliance, and established comprehensive documentation practices.
